ABSTRAK

Focus at user of education output have an effect on positively, its meaning to increase productive behavior of college lecturer and employees have to earn to identify client, understanding / fulfilling client expectations and provide mechanism to hear client voice. Result of analysis also indicate that inwrought involvement have an effect on significant to productive behavior of lecturer and employees, this means to yield products / pre-eminent output need a[n prerequisite which cannot be disregarded by that is cooperation (inwrought involvement) among all without exception personnel in company / pertinent organizational. Its meaning all that related have to by together to got mixed up with effort improve the quality of product is matching with the one which wanted by market. This matter can be done continued cope to improve; repair and find process work chronically, equally repair of this continual process represent result of activity of step which is interaction in activity to yield gilt edged product. Influence of repair of continual process to productive behavior in this research show do not have an effect on significant. Matter this means applied by activity process is college in Surakarta not yet been done chronically so that not yet can improve productive behavior of lecturer and employees at college in Surakarta.
